Time management is one of the biggest challenges everyone faces today, it’s an especially important habit for entrepreneurs. You’ve probably heard successful people talk about how you should be saying “no” to more things, but how do you do that? Here’s a tip that I use: at the end of a week, look back and review EVERYTHING you did, what are things you could or should have said “NO” too? These can be things others asked you to do or you did on your own. Once you’ve recognized these things and made a mental note of them it will be easier for you to recognize them the next time they pop up and thus easier to say no to. If you want to get really good at this, write down all the things you did during the week and as you do your review put a line through the things you could/should have said no to. Give it a try and see if it works for you.
