1 Thought:
If you’re like me (and many others), you battle with keeping the negative self talk at bay.  I created an exercise that has helped me a great deal and wanted to share it in hopes that it might help you as well.  
Every morning, (preferably before you start your work day), write down 5 things you are good at or proud of yourself for.  Then  in the evening or right before bed, write down another 5 things. 
At first I really struggled with coming up with 5 things as I focused so much on things I was NOT good at, needed to improve on, etc…   What I found with this exercise was that it made me think about and notice things that I could add to the next list.  This change of focus helped my mood, energy level and outlook tremendously.  Give it a try and see what happens to you.
