A little inspiration, a little education, a little thought provoking
“If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up the people to gather wood, divide the work, and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast endless sea.”
~ Author and aviator Antoine de Saint-Exupéry on motivating others.
Time management is one of the biggest challenges everyone faces today, it’s an especially important habit for entrepreneurs. You’ve probably heard successful people talk about how you should be saying “no” to more things, but how do you do that? Here’s a tip that I use: at the end of a week, look back and review EVERYTHING you did, what are things you could or should have said “NO” too? These can be things others asked you to do or you did on your own. Once you’ve recognized these things and made a mental note of them it will be easier for you to recognize them the next time they pop up and thus easier to say no to.
What is one thing that you can say “no” to in the coming week?
Have a great week… See you next Thursday!
